Bob is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and received his Juris Doctorate in 1973 from Creighton University School of Law.  He was a practicing attorney for more that 25 years, and worked primarily in the areas of business law, commercial transactions, banking, and business workouts and reorganizations, and is a trained and certified Senior E-Myth Consultant.  Bob has guided many business owners through difficult organizational, planning and financial issues, and has trained and served as a facilitator and mediator in numerous cases.  He has been president of his local Chamber of Commerce, a community improvement association for downtown businesses, and a venture capital group.  In addition, he served as a board member and counsel for a multi-bank holding company for more than ten years.  In 1999, Bob discovered the E-Myth, in which best selling author Michael Gerber described every business owner Bob had ever worked with.  After training with Michael and his team at E-Myth Worldwide, there began an odyssey of transformation for himself and the many business owners with whom he and E-Myth Benchmark have since worked.  Although his energies are fully dedicated to the success of E-Myth Benchmark, Bob remains Of Counsel for his former law firm.

Leveraging a personal and professional experience platform of over 30 years of business ownership and management of businesses, in both the private and public sector, Susan and her team have designed a revolutionary business coach training and business coaching delivery system.  This high impact method tools E-Myth Benchmark business coaches to actively engage in results based coaching with business owners, leaders and managers.  Susan thrives on designing trainings, workshops and business development processes for clients as well as her own company.  Susan is a certified Senior E-Myth Consultant and leads the E-Myth Benchmark team in creating transformational strategies for engaging business owners and employees in changing the way they think about work and how they take action to achieve the results needed by their businesses.   From employee development to operational and strategic management, Susan strives to support the infusion of passion in everything she does.  Her ability to combine vision and strategic planning continue to steer the ship in the right direction - ensuring quality results for everyone associated with E-Myth Benchmark.
